Quality Assurance: We assure you that all items are completely inspected for any damages or defects before being packaged and shipped from our facility. Our commitment is to send you a perfect item every time.

Return Window: You must schedule a return within five (5) business days of receiving your item. This five-day window begins the day the delivery carrier confirms receipt.

Condition of Item: To receive a full refund for the item's purchase price, the returned item must be received in damage-free, resellable condition. This means the item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging. Items received damaged or modified will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend you use a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to confirm it meets the damage-free condition requirement, we will promptly process your refund back to your original method of payment.

Customized or Modified Items: Any item that has been customized, personalized, or modified in any way, whether by you, the customer, or by us (the seller), cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is final because customized items cannot be resold. We guarantee that all details of a customized item are approved by the customer before production and shipment.
