Your Vision, Our Craft: How It Works

Getting custom apparel or textiles shouldn’t be complicated. We’ve streamlined our process into four simple steps to ensure you get exactly what you dreamed of.

1. The Design Drop

Submit your idea. Whether you have a high-resolution logo, a rough sketch, or just an idea in your head, send it our way through our [Quote Form]. Tell us your preferred method: Embroidery, Sublimation, Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) or Direct to Fabric/Garment (DTF/DTG).

2. The Digital Proof

See it before we stitch it. Within 24–48 hours, we’ll send you a digital mockup (a "proof") of your design. This shows you exactly how the colors, sizing, and placement will look on your chosen apparel.

3. The "Green Light"

We don’t move until you’re happy. Review your proof and request any tweaks. Once you give us the official "thumbs up" and payment is processed, your project moves to our production floor.

4. Precision Production & Delivery

The magic happens. We calibrate our machines—from our multi-head embroidery units to our high-heat presses—and craft your order with NYC precision. We’ll notify you the second it’s ready to ship!

Explaining Our Custom Services

The magic happens. Depending on your design, we choose the specialized tech that fits best:

  • Embroidery: High-stitch count precision for a premium, textured feel. Best for hats, polos, and a premium "3D" textured look.

  • Direct to Fabric/Garment (DTF/DTG): High-definition, full-color prints applied directly to the fibers on the garment. Perfect for complex photos or gradients on any fabric.

  • Sublimation: Best for full-color, designs on polyester garments, tumblers or mugs (won't crack or peel).

  • HTV Vinyl: Best for bold, solid-color names and numbers (like jerseys).
